In India, millions of underprivileged children gain access to basic education, but this often falls short of equipping them with the skills and opportunities they need for meaningful employment. As a result, these children grow up without a clear roadmap to employability, struggling to navigate the transition from education to the workforce. The gaps in their learning extend beyond academics, leaving them without essential life skills like effective communication, time management, self-discipline, and personal grooming.

Our Life Skills Coaching program, run in partnership with Vedanta Trust, is designed to empower children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by equipping them with the essential life skills they need to navigate adulthood successfully. Through this initiative, we focus on nurturing skills such as communication, time management, discipline, teamwork, and personal grooming, which are often overlooked in traditional education systems. Children are inducted into the program at the age of 8 and are encouraged to remain a part of the ecosystem for as long as they wish, ensuring they benefit from continuous growth and mentorship. Alongside life skills development, we provide career counseling to guide them toward higher education and suitable employment opportunities, enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty.

At the heart of our mission lies the belief that football is more than just a sport—it is a powerful medium for personal growth and development. Through year-round coaching programs, we provide children with structured training sessions 3 to 5 times a week, designed not only to enhance their athletic skills but also to instill critical life lessons. By fostering teamwork, resilience, and respect for others, football becomes a conduit for building character and shaping better individuals. Whether it’s strategizing during a game or managing setbacks with grace, the children are continually encouraged to embrace challenges and grow as players and as people. Our goal is to help them discover their potential, both on and off the pitch, while nurturing a lifelong love for the beautiful game.
